We produce our maple syrup the old way - carrying buckets by hand through the chilled springtime woods. We condense the sweet, watery maple sap by boiling it over a crackling fire, creating a rich caramel-y syrup, and then infused wild harvested Michigan chaga mushroom during the last steps. Bottled up and poured over pancakes, coffee/tea, in oatmeal, ice cream, or even in salad dressings and marinades - our homemade Michigan pure maple syrup is a fan favorite every time!
